– Specific sales or revenue
– Advertising profitability

Past performance, testimonials, or case studies do not guarantee future results.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, DigitalNest.net and its original content, branding, graphics, text, designs, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Digital Nest and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Client ownership of websites, logos, marketing assets, or other deliverables is governed by the applicable client service agreement.

If a separate signed client agreement conflicts with these website Terms regarding purchased services, the signed client agreement will control for those services.
